Works based around the sounds of water. Collected from Ireland, New York, Ohio, and Michigan.
These works were created using sound recordings I gathered from various trips around Europe and the States. These were altered using signal processors and computer software.

Hey, this is nice stuff, if you're chasing somewhat ambient things, but not the normal....stuff. I'm curious about the water aspect, don't hear much that I could say sounds like water, but I like this kind of thing. There's a radio station in the Boston area- WZBC at Boston College that used to play things like this, they still might. This is my first exploration of this section of the Archive, and this is one of 2 things I've found of interest. I hope Don has more stuff here....

holy shit man this stuff is freakin me out tonight! just threw it on as a random choice of sound for the night, took a tylenol pm and smoked a bowl and now my computer screen is waving back and forth like a flag. man o man. this reminds me of Seastones done by Phil Lesh&Ned Lagin. i've never heard water that sounded like that. will be pooting this on again soon some night.
